We have great web design down to a science. Here’s what you can expect if you work with us.

Research & Discovery

We sit down with your team and ask a ton of questions. What are your overall goals? What do you want your website to do—get people excited about your mission, product or service? Encourage people to take action? Cut down on the amount of staff time needed to keep it up to date? All of the above?

Information Architecture

We take what we've learned and start planning. In this phase, we work with you to create a site map. We also design wireframe diagrams to show you what content goes where, and how people will get around the site. These documents will be the blueprints that guide the design and development of your new site.

Prototype Design & Development

Next our designers create several initial concepts, and refine them according to your feedback. Meanwhile, our developers are hard at work building the site functionality. At the end of this phase, we put the two together and show you a working prototype site.

Collaborative Development

Now comes the fun part. We teach you to add content to your site, then dedicate the weeks before launch to working with you to fine-tune the site. We make changes on the fly, fix bugs you uncover, and generally get the site working just the way you want.

Launch

Congratulations! Your site is live to the public. But that doesn't mean we stop working. We want you to be completely comfortable with your new site, so we offer a month of free support on every job we do.
